Role Description The Purchasing Executive role is a full time, in office position based in Mumbai. The role involves managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and tracking purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.

The Purchasing

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements, maintain accurate purchasing records, and support inventory management and cost optimization. The role also includes monitoring procurement policies, resolving order-related issues,



and contributing to continuous improvement of purchasing processes.

Qualifications

Solid skills in purchase management, including handling purchase orders and purchase requisitions.

Experience in procurement activities, vendor coordination, and sourcing of IT-related products or services.

Microsoft 365 Fundamental certifications.

IT Procurement experience minimum 2 years.

Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Ability to analyze quotations, negotiate terms, and support cost-effective purchasing decisions.

Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and proficiency with MS Office and basic ERP or purchasing systems.

Relevant experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in IT infrastructure or related industries.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills, integrity in handling commercial information, and capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
