Monitoring daily production activities.
Preparing audit documents for production.
Preparation of work instructions as required.
Preparation of OCP as required.
Monitor stamping & packing as per the work instruction.
Ensuring safety of employees.
Handling process change management.
Capacity analysis of machine.
To achieve production target.
To maintain the 3C,5S activities in shop floor.
Responsible for reducing of rejections.
Improvement of machine and process.
Kaizen improvements in machine.
