We have a replacement opening within the PeopleSoft team and would appreciate your support in identifying suitable candidates. We are looking for a highly experienced PeopleSoft Techno-Functional qualified who can contribute to critical application development, integration, support, and modernization initiatives.

Experience – 10+ Years

Location – Chennai (Work Mode – 5 Days work from office) Hyderabad or Gurugram(hybrid)

Shift Time – 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize PeopleSoft applications using People Code, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
Design and develop SQRs, XML Publisher reports, PS Queries, and nVision reports.
Support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, enhancements, and system optimization initiatives.
Develop and maintain inbound/outbound integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Broker, and file-based interfaces.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support to ensure business continuity.




Conduct code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and quality assurance checks.
Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Maintain technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer across teams.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, security requirements, and PeopleSoft best practices.

Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on experience in a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional role.
Robust expertise in Integration Broker, API integrations, People Tools, People Code, Application Engine, Component Interface, and related PeopleSoft technologies.
Experience with PeopleSoft Financials and HCM modules.
Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database concepts.
Experience with cloud integrations and automation tools is highly preferred
