We are looking for an experienced People System/Workday Analyst to join our People & Culture team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology, partnering with stakeholders across HR, Finance and IT, and driving continuous improvement within the Workday ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead configuration, testing and deployment of Workday modules including HCM, Talent, Absence and Compensation
Manage Workday security, business processes and reporting
Drive Workday enhancements, optimizations and process improvements
Support Workday releases including impact assessment, testing and deployment
Build and maintain advanced reports, calculated fields, dashboards and scorecards
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues while ensuring data integrity
Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll and business leaders to deliver effective system solutions
Train users and promote Workday best practices across the organization
Support additional People systems and provide workforce reporting and analytics

What We're Looking For 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience

Solid expertise in at least two Workday modules such as:




Core HCM
Compensation
Absence
Talent
Recuriting

Experience with:
Workday configuration and administration
Business Process (BP) configuration
Workday Security
Report Writing and Complex Calculated Fields
Release Management and Tenant Management

Robust stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have
Workday Certification or Workday Pro Certification
Experience with Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
Exposure to global HR systems environments
