Key Responsibilities:
Visual Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the brands identity and drive sales in the optical industry.
Display Design: Design and set up visually appealing and effective displays for eyewear, optical accessories, and promotional items.
Product Presentation: Ensure all optical products are presented in an organized and visually appealing manner, highlighting key product features and perks.
In-store Visuals: Manage the layout and organization of the store, ensuring that the visual flow encourages customer movement and interaction with products.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure that visual merchandising aligns with sales goals and product inventory.
Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all visual merchandising efforts, ensuring that displays reflect the brands image and values.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends in visual merchandising and the optical industry, incorporating relevant trends into display strategies.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory teams to manage stock levels,



ensuring that display products are available for sale and in valuable condition.
Event Support: Assist with the planning and execution of in-store events, promotions, and product launches, ensuring that visual elements enhance the customer experience.
Reporting: Analyse sales data and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in the optical industry or a related retail sector.
Robust understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail display techniques.
Creative mind-set with a keen eye for design and detail.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in visual merchandising software or tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly.
Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak retail periods.
