Your tasks Coordinate and plan outings for the children, ensuring safety and adherence to guidelines.

Manage logistics, permissions, and any required paperwork for outings.

Organize and coordinate festive activities and events within the institution.

Collaborate with educators to plan culturally enriching festival celebrations.

Coordinating with the educators and reminding them to forward the Weekend activity plan to the team leader.

Maintain an updated record of the sizes of clothes and footwear for each child.

Facilitate the procurement of appropriately sized clothing and footwear as needed.

Take charge of organizing and maintaining all cabinets within the institution.





Ensure that materials and resources are properly stored and easily accessible.

Liaise with the hospital to collect and manage bills related to medical services.

Consolidate the bills of the hospitals and the pharmacy at the end of each month and submit them to the Team Lead.
