Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
Identify and report non-conforming products.
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and SOPs.
Maintain calibration status of measuring instruments.
Coordinate with Production and Stores departments regarding quality issues.
Support internal and external quality audits.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the quality laboratory and inspection area.
Follow all safety and quality management system requirements.
Required Skills • Basic understanding of plastic manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Measuring Tape.
Ability to read engineering drawings and product specifications.
Positive observation and analytical skills.
Basic computer proficiency in MS Office.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of quality testing related to plastic products such as:
