Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-oriented Performance Marketing Executive with 3+ years of experience in managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign analytics, conversion tracking and lead generation strategies. The role requires a solid analytical mindset, attention to detail and the ability to deliver measurable results for clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook Instagram), LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
Manage client advertising budgets and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Develop lead generation and customer acquisition strategies for diverse client portfolios.
Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and market analysis to identify growth prospects.
Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, events and campaign attribution models.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, bidding, creatives and landing pages.
Perform A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.




Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with SEO, content, design, and development teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates and emerging performance marketing technologies.

Required Skills Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid advertising.
Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion tracking implementation.
Robust understanding of PPC metrics including CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, CAC and ROAS.
Experience managing lead generation campaigns for multiple industries.
Knowledge of remarketing, audience segmentation and conversion funnel optimization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for campaign reporting and analysis.
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
