We build enterprise-grade, compliant software for regulated industries (mortgage-first) using an AI-native team, the Reslt methodology, and our platform. We ship in weeks, not months — because we build with AI, not around it. The Role

We're hiring a full-stack Python developer who is genuinely AI-native — someone who uses AI coding tools (like Claude Code) as a force multiplier to design, build, and ship production software at high velocity. You'll work across the stack, from Python services to modern web front-ends, delivering software that meets enterprise and regulatory standards. This isn't a "prompt-and-paste" role.

You'll own real features end to end, use AI to move faster, and hold the bar on quality, security, and correctness. What You'll Do

Build and ship full-stack features — Python back-end services and up-to-date web front-ends.





Use AI-assisted development (Claude Code and similar) to accelerate design, coding, testing, and review.

Integrate and build with LLM APIs where appropriate (retrieval, agents, governed AI features).

Write clean, tested, maintainable code that holds up to enterprise and compliance scrutiny.

Collaborate closely with a small, senior, rapid-moving team and take features from idea to production.

What We're Looking For

2+ years building production software with Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask).

Solid full-stack experience — comfortable with React / TypeScript and modern front-end.

Strong fundamentals: APIs, relational databases (PostgreSQL), Git, testing, and cloud (AWS/GCP).

Hands-on with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) — you already build this way.

Bonus: experience with LLM/GenAI integration (RAG, agents, prompt design) and Docker/CI-CD.

High attention to detail, strong ownership, and clear communication.
