We’re hiring: Performance Marketing Manager

Experience: 4–7 years

Compensation: ₹8 to 12 LPA

Work From Office Alternate Saturdays working We are looking for a hands-on performance marketer who can independently manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta Ads , Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads Manager.

You should be comfortable working with D2C/e-commerce accounts, diagnosing rising CAC, improving ROAS, testing creatives and audiences, analyzing funnels, and making decisions based on commercial outcomes, not vanity metrics.

Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, GA4, GTM, dashboards and landing-page optimization will be an advantage.

This is not a pure client-servicing or team-coordination role. You must be willing to personally work inside ad accounts and take ownership of performance.
