Job Title: Production Manager Spice Manufacturing

Location: Butwal, Nepal (Near Gorakhpur, UP)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily production operations of our spice manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure effective production planning, maintain quality standards, optimize productivity, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise daily spice production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timelines.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FSSAI/ISO where applicable).
Manage production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Minimize production downtime and reduce material wastage.
Coordinate with procurement, quality assurance, maintenance, and warehouse teams.




Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of production machinery.
Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Maintain production records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and company policies.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
58 years of experience in food or spice manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Solid knowledge of spice processing, grinding, blending, packaging, and quality control.
Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and food safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and production planning software/ERP systems.
