Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate potential investment prospects.
Conduct financial, commercial, and operational due diligence.
Build financial models, valuations, and investment recommendations.
Execute investment transactions and negotiate deal terms.
Monitor portfolio company performance and provide strategic guidance.
Prepare investment committee presentations and reports.
Develop relationships with investors, founders, advisors, and industry stakeholders.
Support fundraising and investor relations activities when required.

Requirements:
MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification.
510 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Corporate Finance, or M&A.;
Robust financial modelling and valuation skills.
Experience in due diligence and transaction execution.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
