No Stipend The Quality Intern supports the hospital's Quality Department in monitoring, maintaining, and improving healthcare quality standards. The intern assists with quality audits, data collection and analysis, documentation, accreditation activities, and patient safety initiatives while gaining practical experience in hospital quality management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring hospital quality indicators and performance metrics.
Support internal quality audits and compliance checks.
Collect, compile, and analyze quality-related data.
Help maintain quality records, policies, SOPs, and documentation.
Assist in accreditation activities NABH
Participate in patient safety and infection control initiatives.
Support incident reporting and root cause analysis documentation.
Prepare quality reports, presentations, and dashboards.
Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for quality improvement projects.
Assist in conducting staff awareness and training sessions on quality standards.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Quality Manager.
