Requirements and Qualifications:
BE/Diploma-MECH, Industrial Management
Minimum Experience required 5 to 10 Yrs.
Should have a knowledge of Engineering Drawing and Measuring Instruments such as Vanier Calliper, Measuring Tape etc.
Well aware of Machine - Fabrication, Welding Machine ( Mig Tig, Arc etc.)
Required knowledge of paint shop process (Surface treatment, pre-treatment process of paint shop)
Proven experience in a supervisory role within an industrial manufacturing workplace
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels.

Responsibilities:




Should be able to oversee the day-to-day operations of the production line to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Must Lead and motivate production teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Should Implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working setting.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure continuity of production.
Identify prospects for process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
