About the Role We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can drive user acquisition and scale growth through data-driven marketing. You will own Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, optimize funnels, and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve conversions and business outcomes. What You'll Do

· Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and App campaigns.

· Analyze user behavior using GA4, manage budgets, and improve campaign performance through continuous testing and optimization.

· Set up conversion tracking, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with product and content teams to improve landing pages and funnels.





· Monitor key metrics such as conversions, CPA, ROAS, and CTR, and translate insights into actionable strategies. What We're Looking For

· 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4).

· Solid understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and conversion optimization.

· Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and campaign tracking setups.

· A data-driven mindset, robust analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Valuable to Have

· Experience in EdTech, app marketing, Firebase, attribution tools, or CRM integrations.
