Required Skills & Experience

Domain Expertise
Robust experience in Energy & Utilities domain
Hands-on experience in:
Power trading (long, short-term, intraday markets)
Trade lifecycle (capture → scheduling → settlement)
Understanding of renewable energy ecosystems (wind, solar, battery storage, bioenergy)

Market Knowledge
Experience in European energy markets (mandatory)
Good understanding of:




Wholesale power markets
Ancillary services / balancing mechanisms

Technical & Functional Skills
Experience in renewable energy trading and optimisation (mandatory)
Exposure to SCADA / asset telemetry systems
Robust understanding of data flows, APIs, and system integrations

BA / PO Capabilities
Expertise in requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation
Solid Agile / Scrum experience (Product Owner preferred)

Ability to simplify complex business problems into actionable solutions
