Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst who can gather, organize, and interpret market, customer, and competitor data to support business growth and marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
Collect and analyze customer trends and consumer behavior.
Prepare research reports, presentations, and actionable insights.
Monitor fashion, retail, and digital marketing trends.
Support marketing and business teams with data-driven recommendations.
Research new business opportunities, products, and target markets.
Track campaign performance and prepare performance summaries.
Organize research data using Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
Collaborate with content, creative, and digital marketing teams.

Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent internet research skills.




Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
Ability to interpret data and present clear insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple research projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification
Graduate in Business, Commerce, Management, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Freshers with robust analytical skills are welcome; prior experience is an added advantage.
