Key Responsibilities
Set up and maintain coir powerlooms.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and pneumatic systems.
Adjust loom settings and yarn tension for smooth production.
Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce machine downtime.
Ensure quality standards and secure working practices.
Qualifications/Experience
Coir Board Certification in Coir Technology (Preferred), OR
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Textile Mechanics, Fitter, or related trade.
Experience in powerloom maintenance and repairs.
Positive mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and in shifts.
