Role Description The Process Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Varanasi. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operational processes related to modular kitchen assembly and appliance services, ensuring smooth workflow between sales, installation, and customer support teams. Key tasks include monitoring process performance, maintaining documentation, tracking orders and installations, and communicating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

The Process

Coordinator supports continuous improvement initiatives, helps standardize procedures, and contributes to quality and safety compliance in daily operations.



The role also involves preparing reports, following up on pending tasks, and providing clear, timely updates to management.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify bottlenecks, and support data-driven decision-making.

Candidates should possess Business Process Improvement and Quality Management skills to refine workflows, enhance efficiency, and maintain consistent service standards.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with customers and partners.

Candidates should possess Project Management abilities to coordinate timelines, resources, and milestones for installations and process initiatives.

Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in business, operations, or a related field are beneficial.

Prior experience in operations, coordination, or process management, preferably in consumer products or home solutions, is an advantage.

Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, documentation tools) are preferred.
