Role Description This full-time, on-site Process Design Consultant role is based in Bhopal. The consultant will analyze existing business and industrial processes, design and document optimized workflows, and recommend improvements aligned with process control and automation objectives. Daily activities include gathering requirements from stakeholders, developing process maps and technical specifications, collaborating with engineering and project teams, and supporting implementation of new or revised processes.

The role also involves monitoring process performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement,



and preparing explicit reports and presentations for internal and external partners.

Qualifications

Solid Process Design skills with experience creating and documenting efficient workflows for industrial or business environments.

Demonstrated Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data, diagnose process issues, and propose evidence-based solutions.

Knowledge of Business Process analysis and optimization, including mapping, modeling, and standardization of procedures.

Proficiency in Project Management and Process Improvement, including planning initiatives, tracking progress, and driving measurable results.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, operations, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.

Familiarity with process control instrumentation and automation systems used in industrial settings.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams and clients.

Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and readiness to adapt to evolving project and market needs.
