The Production Qualified and Technical Coordinator positions may be treated as priority and specialized appointments rather than routine replacements.

The required personnel must possess demonstrated experience in:
Production planning and execution of large-scale institutional events.
Sound, lighting, LED walls, stage infrastructure and live-streaming systems.
Technical vendor identification, negotiation, deployment and performance monitoring.
Preparation and scrutiny of technical specifications, BOQs and production layouts.
In office troubleshooting and execution under compressed timelines.
Simultaneous management of multiple venues and event requirements.
Maintenance of event-wise production records, inventories, rate cards and vendor databases.

Required Skills & qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1–3 years of experience.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service orientation.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, MS Excel).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving and organizational skills.
