We are hiring a Production & Quality Engineer to oversee assembly operations and quality activities on the shop floor. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of production processes, quality inspection, and shop floor coordination. Candidates with 2–3 years of experience as well as fresh Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Perform assembly activities as per production plans and work instructions.
Monitor and maintain product quality during the assembly process.
Conduct in-process and final quality inspections.
Identify quality issues and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions.
Maintain production and quality records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams to achieve daily production targets.
Support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
Maintain housekeeping and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of production and quality processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of databases or ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing setting.
Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience
2–3+ years of experience in Production, Assembly, Quality Inspection, or a similar manufacturing role.
