Role Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from partners and outbound calls to customers and partners.
Manage WhatsApp chats and respond to customer queries via email.
Demonstrate effective selling skills while resolving queries.
Maintain timely and qualified communication in both Hindi and English.
Job Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a voice/blended process.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Positive typing speed on desktop/laptop.
Willingness to work in adaptable shifts.
