We are looking for a skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of core chemical engineering principles, process optimization, and project execution. The role involves supporting engineering projects, improving process efficiency, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Work as a Project Engineer for process engineering projects.
Assist in process design, development, and optimization.
Analyze and improve manufacturing and process performance.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project records.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for project execution.
Monitor process parameters and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Support troubleshooting and process validation activities.




Maintain project documentation using MS Office and internal databases.

Required Skills
Sound knowledge of core engineering principles, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
Positive understanding of process engineering and project execution.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of databases or ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Preferred).

Experience
2–3+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Project Engineering, Manufacturing, or a similar role.
