About the Role

Aspire Next Academy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and passionate

Python Full Stack Developer Trainer to mentor students and deliver industry-oriented training. The ideal candidate should have robust technical expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to guide students through real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver live online training sessions on Python Full Stack Development.
Teach Python programming fundamentals and advanced concepts.
Train students on frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and React.js.
Train students on backend development using Python, Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), and REST APIs.
Teach database concepts using MySQL/PostgreSQL.
Explain Git, GitHub, deployment, and software development best practices.
Guide students in building mini and major real-time projects.
Conduct coding exercises, assignments, and mock interviews.
Resolve students' technical queries and provide mentorship.
Share updated industry trends and best development practices.

Eligibility
Minimum

4+ years of hands-on experience in Python Full Stack Development.
Prior teaching or mentoring experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills in

Telugu

(mandatory).
Basic English communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a easy and practical manner.
Experience in guiding students through real-time projects.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Industry experience in software development.
Experience in EdTech or training institutes is an added advantage.
