Trail conduction for NPD process proving, Engineering changes & improvements.
Process planning to heavy casting housings ,Alloy castings &
Aluminum castings .
Cutting tool selection for all kind of CNC machines.
Process routing in ERP &
BOM creation & time study in industrial engineering department.
Reporting man & machine utilization & process cost deviations
Capacity planning, Resource allocation ,load sharing ,forecasting &
Outsource planning.
Effectively involving in time study analysis, cycle time reduction and setup time reduction.
Responsible for vendor development which items required for load sharing & tool engineering in Parts
Manufacturing(Cubical, Cylindrical, Sheet metal , Assembly)
&
Surface treatment)



for all kind of component.
CNC programming for machining, laser cutting ,Punching & water jet cutting machines .
Knowledge in Textile products ,bearings ,Aerospace parts &
Refrigeration assembly .
Drawing verification , manufacturing feasibility checking & feedback to R&D; .
Achieving productivity by advanced process techniques & tooling improvements. .
Responsible for overall process & tooling changes in Machine shop.
Manual work reduction and elimination by using low cost automations
Actively participating in Continuous improvement program (CIP) and cost control activities.
Grinding wheel selection & process proving for cylindrical & centerless grinding
