Meeting & Operational Governance: Enforcing internal efficiency rules across the people function—keeping operational touchpoints under 30 minutes with mandatory, scannable action trackers.

Tech-Driven HR Automation:

Requirements

Experience Base: Verifiable progressive leadership success operating as a Head of HR, Director HR, or Senior HR Business Partner inside high-growth direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands, consumer tech systems, or high-velocity tech startups.

Operational Instincts: A proven history of stripping out corporate bureaucracy and reducing project timelines without compromising on organizational design or regulatory compliance.

Attributes: Exceptional executive presence, a deep alignment with action-first cultural mindsets, and the ability to build high-velocity teams under fluid market conditions.
