Job Summary
Develop and implement advanced testing strategies and frameworks.
Lead and mentor QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage for functional and non-functional requirements.
Establish performance, scalability, and reliability testing processes.
Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Evaluate and integrate recent testing tools and technologies.
Work closely with software development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to define testing criteria for all requirements.
Conduct code reviews and maintain test automation code quality.
Define test metrics and track them to ensure testing effectiveness.
Stay updated with latest trends in technology and AI. Create plans to evaluate relevant topics, train the team and adapt those.

What You Bring
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.




10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Proven track record of designing and implementing test frameworks and automation solutions.
Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies.
Experience with performance and scalability testing.
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
Hands-on experience in implementing manual and automation test strategies.
Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
Solid programming skills in Python and Java.
Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Expertise in performance testing and quality assurance.
Valuable understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
