Job Summary:The Hospital Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals. The role involves managing patient registrations, appointments, inquiries, and front-desk operations while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants.
Register patients and maintain accurate records.
Schedule and coordinate appointments with doctors and departments.
Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries.
Guide patients to appropriate departments and services.
Handle billing-related queries and coordinate with relevant teams.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with hospital policies.
Support administrative and front-office operations as required.
Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of hospital management systems preferred.
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced healthcare setting.
Customer-service-oriented with a qualified demeanor.
Experience:1–3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare front-office role preferred. Job Time- 9:00 To 8:00 PM
