Coordinate with site engineers for measurement records.
Submit bills to client/consultant within timelines.
Track bill certification and payment status.
Prepare escalation and variation claims wherever applicable.
Subcontractor Billing
Verify subcontractor measurements and bills.
Prepare and certify subcontractor payment statements.
Ensure billing is as per work order terms and approved quantities.
Maintain reconciliation of subcontractor quantities.
Cost Control & Budget Monitoring
Monitor project cost against approved budget.
Prepare monthly cost reports and quantity reconciliation.
Identify wastage, excess consumption, and cost overruns.
Assist management in cost optimization and profitability analysis.
Contract Management
Study contract documents, technical specifications, and tender conditions.
Maintain records of extra items, deviations, and variation orders.
Assist in preparation of claims and contractual correspondence.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and project procedures.
Measurement & Documentation
Maintain measurement sheets and billing records.
Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, and execution teams.
Maintain DPR-related quantity records.
Ensure proper documentation for audits and client verification.
