Dear Candidate ; Shree Fibre Glass (SFG) is a prominent manufacturer and exporter specializing in industrial Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) and Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) products . The company operates as a proprietorship with a small to mid-sized workforce, primarily serving the plastics manufacturing and process plant sectors Role Purpose To supervise daily production activities in extrusion and moulding operations, ensuring output, quality, safety and effective shop-floor manpower management.

Key Responsibilities Execute daily production plans and allocate manpower machine-wise. Monitor process parameters, output, rejection, wastage and downtime. Ensure product quality, traceability, housekeeping and safety compliance. Coordinate mould / tool changes, material availability and maintenance support.



Maintain production records and report deviations promptly.
