About the Role Responsible for achieving annual sales targets for the assigned territory through multiple channels including Dealers, Sub-Dealers, Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Carpenters.

Responsibilities Build and maintain solid relationships with Distributors and Dealers.

Engage and collaborate with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, and Builders.

Site Scouting

Manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Drive secondary sales growth.

Ensure adherence to quality parameters as per established norms.

Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.





Execute Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities.

Enhance customer experience by identifying and addressing their needs across various touchpoints.

Effectively manage the assigned territory and its key stakeholders.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.

Required Skills Solid project management knowledge

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong influencing and persuasion abilities

Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel

Self-motivated and proactive

Innovative and creative thinking
