Having positive knowledge of Plant Layout, General arrangment drawings, Tank Nozzle orientation, Piping Layout and Pipe supports.
3D Modeling of Equipment and Piping using Aveva E3D/PDMS software to produce documents like Piping Arrangement drawings, Piping Isometric drawings, Piping BOQ, Piping Support drawings etc.
Well conversed with ASME and IS standards
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting) is essential.
Hands on experience in 3D software packages (PDMS or E3D)
Piping Bill of Quantity preparation.
Interface checking and co-ordination in layout drawing with other desciplines.
Preparation of Piping Isometric, Piping GA & Fabrication drawings for pipe spools.
Review of vendor’s design documents & drawings
Correspondence with clients & vendors
