Role Description The Project Manager for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, in office role based in Canada. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution related to Canada immigration and visa consulting services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client applications and documentation. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing project timelines, tracking progress, and resolving issues that may affect client outcomes.

The Project

Manager will monitor compliance with immigration guidelines, streamline processes, and optimize resource utilization.



Daily responsibilities also involve reporting on project status, maintaining clear communication with clients and team members, and continuously improving workflows to enhance service quality.

Qualifications
Project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple client cases.
Experience as an Expeditor, with solid coordination abilities to manage dependencies and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Inspection-related skills to review documentation, verify accuracy, and ensure compliance with immigration and internal standards.
Logistics Management capabilities to handle scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination between teams and external partners.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and cross-functional collaboration.
Prior experience in immigration consulting, legal services, or professional services project management is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, law, or a related field preferred.
