NAbout the Role

nWeare looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Executive who will be responsible for BOQ preparation, costing, and project coordination for interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have a solid understanding of interior design, estimation, and execution alignment.

NResponsibilities

Prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project quotations
N
Perform cost estimationand budgeting for interior projects
N
Coordinate with design,procurement, and execution teams
N
Ensure alignment between design plans and project costing
N
Work with vendors to obtain pricing and material details
N
Track project costs andsupport in cost control and optimization
N
Assist in project planning and execution support
N
Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy in reports and estimates

nQualifications

n

N
2 – 5 years of experience in interior fit-out / estimation / quantity surveying
N
Age below 32 years
n
Background in Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
N
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, and quotation preparation
N
Experience in residential interior projects
N
Positive understanding of materials, costing, and execution workflow
N
Strong analytical and communication skills
N
