Job Summary The Piping Supervisor is responsible for supervising all piping installation, fabrication, testing, and commissioning activities at the project site. The role ensures that work is carried out safely, as per approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and within the project schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise piping fabrication, erection, installation, hydro testing, and commissioning activities.
Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
Allocate daily work to pipe fitters, welders, helpers, and other workers.
Monitor manpower productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams to avoid work conflicts.
Ensure availability of required materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce all safety rules and regulations.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, permit-to-work systems, and site safety procedures.
Inspect piping alignment, supports, fit-up,



and welding activities before inspection.
Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections, testing, and documentation.
Resolve in office technical issues related to piping installation.
Maintain daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material consumption records.
Attend project meetings and provide work progress updates.
Ensure proper housekeeping and protected working conditions at the site.

Required Qualifications
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Pipe Fitting, or a related technical field.
Additional certifications in piping or safety will be an advantage.

Experience
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in piping supervision.
Experience in industrial projects such as oil & gas, refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
