We have an urgent opening for Project Manager ( High Rise Project ) for our reputed client based in Ahmedabad.
Job location : Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and deliver high-rise construction projects within scope, time, and budget.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
Monitor project progress using project management tools and report to senior leadership.
Ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards at all project stages.
Review project designs and provide inputs during planning and execution phases.
Prepare and manage project schedules, resource planning, and procurement.
Oversee contractor performance and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
Ensure compliance with local laws, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Masters is a plus).
Proven experience in managing residential/commercial towers end-to-end.
Robust leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).
In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards.
PMP / Prince2 certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Should have completed minimum 2 Projects of high-rise building.
