Quick Commerce Key Account Executive

Department: Marketplace and Quick Commerce

Location: Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities
Be the primary POC for Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Swiggy, Flipkart Minutes etc.,
Lead onboarding onto new quick commerce platforms and expansion into new cities/dark-store clusters as the channel scales
Manage the end-to-end onboarding of recent products, ensuring optimal catalog placement, accurate product descriptions, and competitive pricing
Track SKU-level availability across dark stores and push proactive replenishment ahead of stockouts
Monitor brands pricing, visibility, ratings, and promotions on quick commerce platforms to ensure hygiene
Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and platform metrics to identify opportunities and optimize revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, and operations)



to ensure timely order fulfillment and superior customer experience
Ensure smooth execution of key events and campaigns on quick commerce platforms.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, order volumes, inventory levels, availability and ad spends

Requirements

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in Quick Commerce Operations working with platforms like Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and Flipkart Minutes
Prior experience in beauty, personal care, wellness, or FMCG D2C brands
Good stakeholder management — you'll coordinate across platform POCs, internal supply chain, and marketing teams simultaneously
High attention to detail and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced D2C/startup setting with operational rigor
