We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer with a solid background in API testing, performance testing, and UI automation. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to ensuring high-quality software delivery through effective test planning, execution, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities (Short Version)
Collaborate with teams to define test scope, plans, and strategies.
Design and execute automated API tests using tools like Postman and SoapUI.
Perform load and performance testing with JMeter; analyze and optimize results.
Develop and maintain UI automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
Track, report, and ensure timely resolution of defects.
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
Recommend improvements in testing tools, frameworks, and processes.
Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
Must-Have
Proven experience in API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or equivalents.
Hands-on experience with Apache JMeter for performance and load testing.
Robust knowledge of Selenium WebDriver for UI automation and framework development.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Solid written and verbal communication.
