We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with hands-on LOANIQ experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in software testing, Agile methodology, SDLC, and defect management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of LOANIQ-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing for LOANIQ applications.
Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to understand business requirements.
Validate application functionality and ensure high-quality software releases.
Support UAT and production validation activities when required.
Required Skills
Minimum 4 years of QA/Software Testing experience.
Hands-on experience testing LOANIQ applications.
Solid understanding of Agile methodology and Agile testing concepts.
Valuable knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Experience with Defect Management tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Good understanding of functional and regression testing.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
Knowledge of Loan Management or Lending applications.
Exposure to API or Database testing is an added advantage.
