As an Associate in the Placements & Corporate Relations, your primary responsibility will be to assist in placing candidates in their dream companies. This involves engaging with existing hiring partners and attracting recent ones to provide more opportunities for our learners.
Responsibilities include:
Identify and acquire current Hiring Partners through various channels like LinkedIn, Naukri & other Job sites
Building and maintaining relationships with students to discover skills and preferences.
Gain a deep understanding of different skill levels of candidates and target appropriate companies and job profiles
Providing information and documentation about placements to students.
Conducting pre-placement background checks.
Arranging interviews and Negotiating terms of placements with providers.
Generating awareness in the students regarding future career options available to them.
Fostering relationships with existing Hiring Partners and negotiating with employers in terms of placements for students.
Identify key decision-makers,
and initiate conversations leveraging various channels phone, email, linkedin.
Optimize processes to generate and convert leads more efficiently
Provide valuable insights to the Academic team regarding candidates' interviews and placements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Candidates who have experience or are passionate about recruitment, corporate relations, and career placements.
Bachelors/Masters degree in any discipline (preferably in Management, HR, or related fields).
Robust communication/conversational skills, both verbal and written (English and Telugu)
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Result-oriented with a focus on metrics
Strong ownership and attention to detail
Should be comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
Intermediate MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
Familiarity with AI tools
[Preferable] Experience in B2B/B2C sales
