Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for NAPS hiring.

Source candidates through field sourcing,colleges, hospitality institutes, employment exchanges, and local recruitment networks.

Conduct candidate screening and interviews.

Coordinate interviews with operations and hiring managers.

Ensure timely closure of hiring requirements for Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Mumbai.

Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.

Coordinate with training partners, skill development agencies, and placement cells.

Achieve monthly hiring targets while ensuring quality and candidate retention.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline

45 years of recruitment experience

Proven experience in Bulk Hiring / Blue-Collar Hiring / Frontline Recruitment

Experience in NAPS, Apprenticeship Hiring, Hospitality, Retail, QSR, FMCG, Logistics, or Staffing will be an added advantage.

Solid sourcing, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel locally for recruitment drives and hiring events.
