Source candidates through various channels for US.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications Graduated in B.Tech/ B.E (Bachelor of Technology/ Bachelor of Engineering) | 2024/ 2025 Batch pass out. Must Have-
Excellent communication skills.
Solid interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
