Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of our coliving spaces, including leasing, tenant relations, and facility management.
Foster a welcoming and inclusive community atmosphere by organizing and promoting community events and activities.
Ensure the spaces are well-maintained, clean, and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Oversee the leasing process, conduct property tours, and handle tenant inquiries and applications.
Coordinate with maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors to address repairs and maintenance needs promptly.
Implement and manage leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
Maintain accurate records of property-related finances, budgets, and expenses.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with property management software and MS Office Suite.
Passion for creating a sense of community and fostering connections among residents.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
