Roles and Responsibility:
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure high-quality software products.
Lead and manage a team of quality assurance engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Design and execute automated tests using various tools and technologies.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in quality assurance.

Job Requirements:
Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with automation testing tools and technologies.
