About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, people-friendly Reservation Intern to join our Sales team in Noida. You'll get real, front-line exposure to how hotel bookings actually happen — handling guest inquiries over calls, emails, and WhatsApp, learning how to turn a simple question into a confirmed booking, and picking up the art of good, persuasive communication along the way. If you enjoy talking to people, like the idea of hitting targets, and want hands-on experience in hospitality sales, this internship will teach you a lot, rapid.

What You'll Be Doing
Handle inbound and outbound reservation calls under guidance from the team.
Respond to guest inquiries about rooms, rates, availability, amenities, and offers.
Learn how to convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings.
Share accurate, up-to-date information about hotel services and ongoing promotions.
Practice maintaining a customer-first, skilled tone in every interaction.
Get hands-on with CRM and Hotel PMS systems to manage reservations.
Assist in entering guest details,



payment information, and booking confirmations correctly.
Coordinate with hotel operations teams to support smooth guest check-ins.
Support the team in handling booking modifications, cancellations, and guest concerns.
Help track leads and follow up on pending bookings.
Assist in preparing daily reservation updates and straightforward reports.
Learn the basics of upselling room categories, add-ons, and packages.

What We're Looking For

Good to have:
Basic working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Comfortable using a computer, with decent typing speed.
Any prior experience with calls or customer support is a bonus, not a requirement.
Curiosity about OTA platforms and hotel rate structures is a plus.
