Avenorr InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Placement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with employers, educational institutions, and industry partners to support recruitment and placement initiatives. This role requires excellent communication, coordination, networking, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners.
Coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, and placement activities.
Build and maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
Assist candidates with resume preparation and interview readiness.
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and employers.
Maintain accurate placement records, employer databases, and recruitment reports.
Organise career guidance sessions, workshops, seminars, and recruitment events.
Follow up with employers regarding interview feedback, hiring status, and placement outcomes.
Identify new hiring opportunities and expand the company's employer network.




Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment and placement objectives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
Candidates with an MBA in Human Resources or a related specialisation will be given preference.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication and organisational skills are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in placement coordination, recruitment, human resources, career services, or corporate relations is an added advantage.
