Role Description The Recruitment Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Recruitment

Executive will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including understanding manpower requirements, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting selection decisions. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, maintaining candidate pipelines,



and ensuring a positive and professional experience for applicants throughout the recruitment process. Daily responsibilities also include updating recruitment trackers, maintaining accurate candidate records, collaborating with HR team members, and contributing to employer branding initiatives and referral programs.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid skills in Recruiting and Hiring to manage end-to-end talent acquisition.

Candidates should possess skills in Development to clearly define role requirements and responsibilities.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

Candidates should possess Interviewing skills to assess candidate fit and evaluate competencies.

Relevant experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a manufacturing, hardware, or interiors-related industry.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and basic MS Office tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
