Job DescriptionProgramme Coordinator / Point of Contact

NProgramme coordinator to act as the central point of contact for a cross-functional, multi-site nitrosamine risk-assessment programme. The role keeps activities aligned across products, sites and functions, and manages the logistics and cadence that hold the programme together.

NKey Responsibilities:

N- Coordinate confirmatory-testing logistics, including retained-sample selection, shipment to laboratories, and coordination with manufacturing sites, stability centres and testing labs.

N- Manage programme timelines, actions and meeting cadence, including preparation and follow-up across the core cross-functional team.

N- Serve as the interface point between technical/documentation,



site, analytical, quality and regulatory functions.

N- Maintain trackers and status reporting for leadership visibility.

NRequired skills & experience

N- Project / programme coordination or PMO experience, ideally in a GMP pharmaceutical setting.

N- Robust stakeholder-management and cross-functional communication skills.

N- Familiarity with GMP logistics (samples, stability, lab coordination).

N- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
