Contract period: 6 months (Extendable) ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Working closely with the client HR team, Hiring Managers to understand the requirements and cascade to backend delivery SPOC for smooth functioning
Validating manpower requisition in consultation with line and business HR.
Maximizing the mandate inflow to Peoplefy & working closely with the Head-Ops, so as to meet or exceed client expectations.
Ensuring client delight through effective coordination
Participating actively in weekly Review calls with the backend delivery SPOC & Account Head and monitoring basis the plan to avoid any deviation/escalation.
Escalation management & proactive solution provider: proactive and highlighting issues/challenges/concerns raised by the client, if any
Supporting the client HR team in other transactional areas,
if requested
Maintaining daily/weekly MIS PRE-REQUISITES - Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 15 days
Candidate should have around 4+ years of experience in technical and finance hiring
Strong experience in recruitment coordination and stakeholder management.
Solid exposure in IT skills and finance skills and stakeholder management
Experience working in RPO/client facing roles
Must be positive with Data Management and Reports
Recruitment Life cycle, Stake holder Management, Team Management with cross-functional teams.
Understanding the requirements and then cascading the same to the back-end delivery team.
Energetic, accomplished and creative personnel with excellent recruitment and management skills
